Returns & Refunds
At al.ive body, we take great care in the quality of every product we create.We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. However, if your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will happily arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

If something isn’t right

If you believe your order has an issue, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order. To assist with a prompt resolution, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

How we’ll resolve it
Once reviewed, we will offer either:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A refund to your original payment method

If your item is confirmed as faulty or damaged, return shipping will be covered by al.ive body.

Where you purchased your product

If you purchased directly from alivebody.co.nz, our team will assist you in line with the policy above.If your product was purchased from a stockist or retail partner, we recommend contacting the original place of purchase as they manage their own returns and exchanges.If you’re unsure, our team is always here to help guide you.
